Any and all claims made against Keith Woltman Performance must be made in the city of Yuma, AZ.  All kits are sold as is and is the customers responsibility to fit before any type of finishing occurs. By purchasing a product you agree to the above statements. Any alteration made to any products by any persons other than an authorized dealer for SandCars.net/Keith Woltman Performance. may void all warranties agreed upon.

Mild steel Long Travel Frames have no warranty of any kind. Models and price subject to change without notice.  Due to the special order particular to each customer a non-refundable deposit will be required.  If the customer by the time of the completion of the special ordered sandcar for any reason cannot pay for the car it will be put up for sale and then the deposit will be refunded to the customer after the sale of the vehicle minus any cost incurred for advertising and such or having to sell it at a lower cost then your stated invoice for the purpose of recuperating our cost, we understand things happen and extend this courtesy to our customers and done at our discretion.

Customer is responsible for the kit versions of the sandcars, such as adding any bracing needed for additional structure for any particular application.  SandCars.net cannot be held liable for any of the customers decisions, the customer should consult with SandCars.net before powdercoat and /or final assembly of the vehicle.  The Kit version comes only with basic framing.
